One of the best ways to find a nest is to house swap! We’ve got two wonderful places in Virginia, and for the right swap, you can have access to both. Our larger home is in a lake community about fifteen minutes outside of Charlottesville, Virginia, and about nine miles from Jefferson’s home, Monticello. It’s surrounded by national forests and vineyards and is the perfect place for outdoor activities, but with easy access to the sophistication of Charlottesville. It sits on over an acre of wooded land and has two bedrooms, two offices, two and a half baths and a game room.

Our second home is by the Chesapeake Bay in the quaint little town of Kilmarnock. It’s a two bed, one office townhouse with two baths. We’re right downtown, just a block from shops and restaurants. Known for boating, wine, artisans and oysters, Kilmarnock is a great little get-away with a completely different flavor.

Currently we are especially interested in a swap to Barcelona, New Zealand or Chiang Mai, Thailand, although we are open to all offers, both abroad or in the US.
